The role

As Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in the day‑to‑day running of the kitchen, supporting high standards of food quality, presentation and safety.

Key responsibilities
  • Supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
  • Managing mise en place and smooth service delivery
  • Maintaining food safety, allergen and hygiene standards
  • Contributing ideas to menu planning and food innovation
  • Supporting school events and functions
  • Working collaboratively within a professional kitchen team
Qualifications & experience
  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef
  • Background in contract catering, education, or B&I preferred
  • Passion for fresh, seasonal food
  • Strong attention to detail and food safety standards
  • A positive, flexible and proactive team player
