As Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in the day‑to‑day running of the kitchen, supporting high standards of food quality, presentation and safety.
Key responsibilities- Supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
- Managing mise en place and smooth service delivery
- Maintaining food safety, allergen and hygiene standards
- Contributing ideas to menu planning and food innovation
- Supporting school events and functions
- Working collaboratively within a professional kitchen team
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef
- Background in contract catering, education, or B&I preferred
- Passion for fresh, seasonal food
- Strong attention to detail and food safety standards
- A positive, flexible and proactive team player
