Associate Director, International Tax supporting U.S. international tax compliance, planning, and process improvements within a biopharma setting.
Responsibilities- prepare and review tax compliance forms (e.g., Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 1118, 8992, 8993)
- perform tax calculations (Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, foreign tax credits)
- support ASC 740 tax accounting
- manage country-by-country reporting (CbCR, Pillar Two)
- assist cross-border structuring
- coordinate dividend/tax-efficient cash repatriation
- minimum 5 years in international tax
- strong knowledge of U.S. international tax rules
- Bachelor's degree (advanced degree or CPA preferred)
- experience with global tax transparency initiatives
- proficiency with Corptax International, Alteryx, Power BI, Power Query
biopharma context, emphasis on compliance, planning, and automation, with focus on international tax regulations, cross-border transactions, and global reporting standards.
Work Setuphybrid Rahway, NJ; travel as needed.
