Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Job Description
This role sits within the External Capabilities group in Small Molecule Process Research & Development within our Research & Development Division.
The role will provide day-to-day operational and administrative support for clinical drug substance development and manufacturing projects conducted with our Company external CDMO partners. The role will help support timely, high-quality delivery of products and services by coordinating purchase orders, processing invoices, preparing requests for proposals, tracking key performance indicators, maintaining file repositories, reviewing routine reports, and supporting shipping logistics. Some flexibility is required to collaborate remotely with overseas partners across time zones.
This is a hybrid role.
The successful candidate will collaborate effectively with internal our Company partner groups and external partners, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and be eager to learn new systems and processes. This individual should be a proactive communicator, dependable team member, and strong collaborator who supports a culture of scientific excellence, trust, collaboration, quality, safety, and compliance across our Company and partner organizations.
Qualifications- Education:
B.S. in chemistry, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
- Basic understanding of synthetic chemistry, pharmaceutical development, or a related scientific field.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and business processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Chem Draw, ELN, or related scientific documentation tools is preferred.
- Prior internship, co-op, academic, or work experience involving project coordination, vendor management, procurement, logistics, or data tracking is a plus.

The salary range for this role is $87,300.00 - $
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
