Customer Support​/Operations Representative

The Customer Support Operations Representative supports employees, visitors, and workplace operations by ensuring spaces are workday-ready and service standards remain high. This customer-facing role partners with Facilities and Workplace teams.

You’ll deliver exceptional customer service, conduct daily building tours, track work orders, support events and communications, gather employee feedback, and maintain a visible, professional presence across campus while responding to evolving needs.

$28.24 - $36.54

• Serve as a primary point of contact by screening and managing telephone calls, visitors, and communications effectively.
• Responsible for ensuring customers receive an adequate level of service with their questions, concerns and/or issues.
• Answers/responds to routine questions and inquiries from customers via the telephone, Internet, fax and other technologies, using established fact‑finding procedures, customer service methodologies, knowledge of pertinent processes and procedures, and familiarity with policies, vendors and specified products/services
• Consults with or transfers more difficult issues to the Rep II or management.
• Communicate maintaining professionalism and confidentiality across all interactions.

• General working knowledge of PC hardware and peripherals
