Finance Associate Specialist; Accounting

Position: Finance Associate Specialist (Accounting)

Job Description

• Ensure daily serialization reporting to government (KPIS: Korea Pharmaceutical Information Service) including return, discard, sample, etc.
• Maintain accurate awareness of government reporting standards.
• Collaborate closely with regional/global IT team to manage serialization system and RPA.
• Partner with BSC OTC (Order to Cash) management in KL and local commercial operation team to resolve OTC‑related issues.
• Assist in month‑end closing procedures for sales and inventory.

Vendor Master Management

• Provide internal/external audit support – e.g., PWC year‑end audit, Customs audit, MCAAS audit, Internal Control over Financial Reporting.
• Support accounting projects such as GtN
  2.0, new system launches.
• Review and analyze expenses.
• Manage supplier purchase orders and support VAT reconciliation.
• Offer general ad‑hoc finance support.

Job Requirements Basic Accounting Knowledge

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Proficiency in English

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
