Under the manager's direction, personal care, self-help, social training, recreation, cleanliness, and related programs are designed to maintain the physical, mental, and emotional health and well-being of residents assigned to the facility; do related work as required.

• Assumes responsibility for the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of residents.
• Provides assistance to residents to ensure healthcare standards, medication management, personal hygiene, nutrition, and participation in activities.
• Cares directly for residents as assigned, including 1:1 supervision when necessary, ensuring safety and well-being.
• Assists in relieving or helping other staff members with residents requiring 1:1 supervision, maintaining constant supervision during working hours.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid driver's license in New Jersey; driving record must meet insurance requirements.
