Senior Specialist, Platform Architect; CIAM

The Senior Specialist, Solution Architecture (CIAM Platform Architect) is responsible for the architecture, design, governance, and evolution of our company Customer Identity & Access Management platform, with a primary focus on Ping One. This role provides technical leadership for customer identity services supporting customer-facing applications, digital channels, eCommerce platforms, and strategic business initiatives across Animal Health. The CIAM platform is a key foundational capability supporting hundreds of customer-facing assets and global market rollouts.

• Define and maintain CIAM architecture standards, patterns, and reference designs.
• Lead the design and implementation of Ping One-based identity solutions.
• Architect authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), federation, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), authorization, and consent management capabilities.
• Partner with Solution Architects, Product Teams, Security, and Enterprise Identity teams to deliver scalable and secure identity solutions.
• Support application onboarding and integration with the CIAM platform.
• Drive platform modernization, technical governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to CIAM engineers.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security, privacy, and architecture standards.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Identity & Access Management, or Software Engineering.
• Deep expertise in Ping One, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, Federation, and API Security.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale CIAM-solutions.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, APIs, and modern application integration patterns.
• Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.

• Ping One certifications.
• Experience with CIAM platforms supporting customer-facing digital ecosystems.
• Experience with Salesforce, eCommerce, CRM, and digital engagement platforms.
• Knowledge of GDPR, consent management, and identity governance.
