Prioritize tasks and assign resources to meet production needs and hit schedule adherence metrics. A relevant qualification to complement strong manufacturing management experience. A Science/Engineering related discipline or equivalent is a major advantage but a mix of experience and education can be taken into account.

Minimum 3-5 years experience in a first line leadership role ideally in a GMP setting with 1-2 years, ideally background in manufacturing, process engineering or quality.

Knowledge of Fill Finish processes and equipment not essential but highly desirable.

You bring knowledge and experience of cGMP, safety, and environmental regulations in the biopharmaceutical industry. Experience coordinating shift activities and escalating issues to ensure compliance with manufacturing processes. Lean Six Sigma Methodology experience desired Demonstrated ability to coach and lead a team.
