Social Media Manager – Tik Tok (On-Site, Full-Time)

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Social Media Manager with a strong command of Tik Tok to lead our brand’s presence on the platform. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to turn trends, creators, and paid campaigns into real engagement and sales.

• Own and manage the company’s Tik Tok account
  , including content planning and posting
• Develop and execute promotions, campaigns, and product launches on Tik Tok
• Plan, launch, and optimize Tik Tok Ads to drive traffic and conversions
• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with creators and influencers
• Oversee creator seeding, affiliate programs, and UGC initiatives
• Stay current on Tik Tok trends, platform updates, and best practices
• Actively engage with followers through comments and messages
• Analyze performance metrics and refine strategy to maximize growth and ROI
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing and product teams

• Proven experience managing Tik Tok for a brand or e‑commerce business
• Strong understanding of Tik Tok’s algorithm, trends, and ad platform
• Experience running paid Tik Tok campaigns and promotions
• Experience in Home Textiles marketing (bedding, bath, home décor) is a major plus
• Ability to work with creators and drive conversion‑focused content

• Comfortable analyzing data and performance metrics
