• Resident-Focused Care:
  Administer medications, treatments, and supplies with accuracy and compassion.
• Individualized Care Plans:
  Provide personalized care to meet each resident’s unique needs.
• Clinical Expertise:
  Perform wound care, treatments, and procedures to support residents’ health and comfort.
• Accurate Documentation:
  Maintain clear and detailed medical records of treatments and observations.
• Confidentiality:
  Safeguard patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Valid LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
• Previous skilled nursing facility experience preferred but not required—we welcome motivated professionals eager to learn.
