Join Excelsior Care Group as an RN Supervisor for the 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM shift at the Adroit Care Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Rahway, NJ.
Base Pay Range: $95,000 – $105,000 per year.
Facility: Adroit Care Rehabilitation & Nursing Center
Position: RN Supervisor
Location: Rahway, NJ
Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Every Other Weekend Required)
- Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with daily department operations.
- Ensure nursing staff follow job descriptions, facility policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in surveys, audits, and inspections as needed.
- Conduct daily rounds to maintain exceptional care and nursing standards.
- Active RN license in the State of New Jersey.
- Minimum 2 years of progressive nursing experience in Long Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or Nursing Home setting.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
