Salary: $40 - $43 per hour

• Order necessary medications, supplies, and equipment
• Implement individualized care plans based on resident needs
• Perform wound care, treatments, and medical procedures
• Maintain accurate records of observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Ensure confidentiality and uphold HIPAA policies

• Valid LPN license in the State of New Jersey
• Preferred experience in Skilled Nursing
