Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Facility: Care Connection Rehabilitation Center
Location: Rahway, New Jersey
Shift: All Shifts Available
Pay Rate: Up to $22.00 per hour

• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meals while respecting each resident’s dignity.
• Monitoring residents’ physical and emotional well-being and responding to changes with care and attentiveness.
• Building meaningful relationships with residents and families, creating trust and a true sense of belonging.
• Ensuring residents’ rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Recording and reporting changes in residents’ conditions and care plans to support effective teamwork.
• Working alongside nurses and healthcare staff to deliver individualized, holistic care.
• Engaging residents in activities that support physical, emotional, and social well-being.

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of New Jersey.
