We are looking for a hard‑working and knowledgeable Maintenance Supervisor to manage a team of six in a large luxury apartment community. The right candidate should have a working knowledge of computers, as well as electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, appliances, windows, locks, and HVAC. We offer excellent wages, paid vacation and sick time, 16–25 paid holidays per year, and the possibility of an apartment as part of the compensation package.

• Keep the shop orderly, stocked, and organized.
• Schedule vendors and contractors.
• Ensure all service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Lift appliances, tile, drywall, appliances and HVAC components as required.
• Perform snow removal and perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, masonry, groundskeeping, landscaping and sewer maintenance.
• Carry out the preventative maintenance program under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Be available for emergency repairs and after‑hour on‑call duty as required.
• Drive all company vehicles with a valid driver’s license, including golf carts, quads and trucks.
• Use all maintenance tools safely.
