About the Role:

Navodaya Medical College (NMC) is seeking a skilled HPLC & RT-PCR Technician to support clinical diagnostics, research activities, and academic laboratory functions. The candidate will be responsible for performing HPLC analysis and RT-PCR testing with high accuracy while maintaining strict quality control and biosafety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain HPLC & RT-PCR systems for clinical and research sample analysis.
Prepare reagents, standards, and run validated analytical methods.
Perform RNA extraction, cDNA synthesis, and real-time RT-PCR assays for diagnostic purposes.
Analyse chromatograms, Ct values, and amplification curves.
Maintain proper documentation as per NABL/GLP/GMP guidelines.
Ensure biosafety compliance and contamination control in molecular laboratory.
Support academic research projects and assist faculty/students when required.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience on HPLC and RT-PCR techniques.
Knowledge of clinical laboratory quality standards (NABL preferred).
Strong documentation and data interpretation skills.
Qualification & Requirement:
B.Sc./M.Sc. In Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or related fields.
2 – 3 Years of Experience in handling HPLC, RT-PCR Instruments.
