Patient Care Coordinator - IRG/Northeast Orthopaedic Sports Clinic & Physical Therapy
Integrity Rehab group/Northeast Orthopaedic Sports Clinic & Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Rainbow City, AL.
Position SummaryThe Patient Care Coordinator – I (PCC‑I) supports clinic growth through excellence in the practice management role and patient intake processes. This individual works in collaboration with the Clinic Director (CD) to carry out efficient clinic procedures and support the mission, vision, and values of Upstream Rehabilitation.
Responsibilities- Collect all money due at the time of service.
- Convert referrals into evaluations.
- Schedule patient visits.
- Provide excellent customer service and create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
- Make all welcome calls and influence arrival rate through a great customer experience.
- Manage schedule efficiently and perform document routing.
- Handle personal overtime, non‑clinical documentation, and deposits.
- Maintain caseload, discharge candidate, progress notes, and insurance reporting.
- Monitor clinic inventory.
- Attend required training with Territory Field Trainers (TFT) for Raintree and other business process updates.
- Complete quarterly compliance training.
- Train new clinic personnel as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills – able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
- Ability to multitask, maintain organizational detail, meet deadlines, and work with little supervision.
- Efficient time‑management and presentation skills.
- Basic computer proficiency for multiple programs.

- Full‑time position, Monday–Friday, minimum 40 hours per week; may require evenings or weekends.
- Sedentary work: continuous sitting with occasional standing, communicating with associates, operating a computer, phone, keyboard, mouse, and copier.
- Light lifting up to 20 lbs. and occasional movements such as pushing, pulling, or carrying.
