Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, you’ll learn our business from day one, serving as both the face of Enterprise and an operational expert. You will master skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, with the goal of eventually managing your own branch, cultivating new business, and developing a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or within 1 semester of graduation.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No recent drug or alcohol-related driving convictions.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
