DVM Careers Consultant | Veterinary Recruitment Specialist | USA
I’m working alongside a well-established, full-service small animal hospital in Rainbow City that is looking to welcome a compassionate and motivated Veterinarian to their growing team. This is a modern, community-focused practice where high clinical standards, collaboration, and team wellbeing genuinely matter.
The hospital is purpose-built and well equipped to support high-quality medicine, with experienced veterinarians, skilled technicians, and a strong leadership structure in place. You’ll be joining a team that values communication, efficiency, and patient care — with daily collaboration between doctors, technicians, and management to ensure cases are handled to the highest standard from intake through discharge.
This is a role suited to a veterinarian who enjoys variety, teamwork, and having a voice within the practice. You’ll be supported clinically and professionally, with access to CE, national resources, and development pathways — while still maintaining a close-knit, local hospital culture. The caseload is diverse, allowing you to practice comprehensive GP medicine including surgery, diagnostics, and client education, all within a supportive environment that prioritizes quality over quantity.
