Store Manager - Auto Parts Industry

Overview

NPW is seeking a Store Manager to join our team. We are looking for an individual with knowledge of auto parts and some management experience.

This position is BONUS eligible.

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for motivating and leading a customer focused team.

NPW is a leading independent automotive aftermarket parts distributor, founded in 1969. It has over 500 employees, more than 50 stores and warehouses in 16 states and Canada.

• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while meeting time‑sensitive deadlines

• Must have at least 3 years of working in the automotive industry
• Must have 1+ years of management experience
• Possess strong communication and leadership skills

• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Consistently lift/carry 10–20 lbs.
