Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Raipur for an Accountant. The Accountant will be responsible for handling billing, quotations, stock reports, documentation, and day-to-day accounting operations. The role also involves coordination between sales, dispatch, and office departments to ensure smooth workflow and accurate record management.
Key Responsibilities
Create quotations, invoices, and billing entries
Handle product offers, pricing sheets, and documentation
Manage accounting records using Tally ERP
Prepare and maintain stock and inventory reports
Coordinate between sales, dispatch, and office departments
Maintain proper documentation and filing records
Support day-to-day office and accounting operations
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field preferred
Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, MS Word, and Power BI Reports.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Basic understanding of accounting and office operations
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Team-oriented and responsible work ethics
