We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with hands-on experience in a furniture manufacturing or factory environment. The role requires strong control over daily accounting operations, inventory coordination, and compliance to support efficient factory functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting entries in Tally Prime / ERP 9

• Maintain purchase & sales ledgers, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking

• Ensure seamless generation of E-Way Bills for all stock dispatches

• Track raw materials (wood, hardware, etc.) and finished goods, aligning financial records with factory inventory

• Handle accounts payable & receivable, payroll processing, and support GST filings

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• 4–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in furniture or manufacturing industry

• Strong working knowledge of factory accounting and inventory movement

• Expertise in Tally (latest versions)

• Good understanding of GST compliance and E-Way Bill systems

• Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and data management

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced setup
