We are hiring  Campus Ambassadors across India  to represent Aim Fiinsight in colleges and student communities.

Role:
Campus Ambassador (Remote | Work from Campus)
As a Campus Ambassador, you will represent Aim Fiinsight in your college and help drive awareness, engagement, and enrollments through ethical outreach.

What you will do (Key Responsibilities)
Promote Aim Fiinsight across your campus through student communities and groups
Share approved content (posters, reels, captions, messages) on Whats App, Instagram, Linked In, Telegram, etc.
Coordinate with clubs, societies, and placement cells for webinars or mini awareness sessions
Generate verified leads (with consent)  and share them in the prescribed format
Support lead follow ups and help convert interested students into webinar registrations or program enquiries
Maintain community engagement and handle basic queries using approved scripts
Submit a simple weekly progress update (template shared)

Stipend + Incentives (Clear and Transparent)
Fixed stipend: INR 5,000 per month
Paid to every selected CA who completes weekly minimum tasks and submits weekly updates on time.
Performance incentive: 10% of successful converted lead value
Typically ranges from INR 2,500 to INR 30,000 per conversion  (open to all selected CAs).

Incentives apply only on verified conversions where the payment is received by Aim Fiinsight.

Who should apply
Strong communication and confidence in outreach
Comfortable with networking, follow ups, and community coordination
Active in clubs, student groups, or campus communities (preferred)
Self motivated, disciplined, and consistent for 3 months
Interest in finance education / financial modeling / valuation is a plus

Selection Process
Application screening
Short screening call (25 minutes)
Small evaluation exercise (only for assessment)
Onboarding with clear targets, payouts, and reporting structure
