Conduct Vocational Training (VT) programs for mine employees and operators.
Deliver safety induction and refresher training as per DGMS guidelines.
Prepare training schedules, presentations, and practical sessions.
Maintain training records, attendance, certifications, and statutory documentation.
Ensure workforce awareness regarding mine safety, SOPs, emergency response, and safe operating practices.
Coordinate with safety, operations, and HR departments for training requirements.
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Support implementation of safety culture and compliance initiatives gibility Criteria
Diploma / Degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline.
Valid VT Trainer competency/certification preferred.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in mining operations, safety, or vocational training.
Retired professionals from mining industries, PSU mines, or large mining organizations may also apply.
Good communication and training skills.
Knowledge of DGMS regulations and mining safety standards is essential.
