Their core duties include delivering product demonstrations, answering technical questions, and helping clients configure solutions.

Key Responsibilities Product Demos:
Lead engaging, customized technical presentations and software/hardware demonstrations.

Consultative Selling:
Collaborate with potential clients to understand their pain points and engineer tailored solutions.

Technical Validation:
Manage the proof-of-concept (POC) phase and overcome technical objections during the deal cycle.

Proposal Development:
Assist account executives by writing cost-benefit analyses, pricing models, and detailed technical proposals.

Product Feedback:
Relay client feature requests and technical bottlenecks to the internal product and engineering teams.

Essential Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related STEM field.

Communication:
Exceptional ability to distill complex technical jargon into clear, relatable business impacts.

Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical skills to design custom client solutions and troubleshoot pre-sales issues.

Interpersonal

Skills:

Proven ability to build rapport and trust with both C-level executives and technical end-users.
