Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing role based in Raipur. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across channels such as social media, search, email, and display to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and managing social media content calendars, monitoring campaign performance, and using analytics tools to track key metrics and improve ROI.

The role involves collaborating with design and development teams to align campaigns with product launches and business goals, as well as conducting market and competitor research to refine targeting and messaging. The specialist will also support website optimization, prepare periodic performance reports, and suggest data-driven strategies to enhance overall digital presence.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing, including content scheduling, community management, and engagement strategies.
Proficiency with Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and provide actionable insights.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with internal teams and present campaign outcomes.
Familiarity with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and basic marketing automation tools is highly beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Raipur, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a digital agency or tech-focused environment is an advantage.
