Assistant Production Manager FMCG Plant

Key Responsibilities:

Production Oversight:  Monitor and manage day-to-day manufacturing activities to ensure smooth operations and adherence to production schedules.
Quality Control:  Implement and maintain quality control procedures, ensuring products meet established standards and specifications.
Coordination & Communication:  Liaise between production, maintenance, and dispatch teams to ensure seamless workflow, timely issue resolution, and optimal resource utilization.
Process Improvement:  Identify areas for operational efficiency improvements and implement process optimization strategies.
Safety & Compliance:  Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies within the production area.
Reporting:
Maintain production records, generate reports on output, quality, and operational performance, and provide insights to senior management.
