Supervisor, Manufacturing ​/ Production, Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Production Oversight:  Monitor all manufacturing processes, ensuring daily production targets are achieved while maintaining efficiency and minimizing downtime.
Team Management:  Supervise, mentor, and coordinate production staff to ensure smooth workflow, high morale, and adherence to schedules. Conduct daily briefings and performance assessments.
Quality Control:  Implement and enforce quality standards across all production activities. Identify defects, process deviations, and take corrective measures to maintain product quality.
Safety & Compliance:  Ensure all safety protocols and standard operating procedures are strictly followed. Conduct routine checks and training to prevent workplace accidents and promote a safety-first culture.
Workflow Optimization:
Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance, dispatch, and procurement, to ensure raw materials, machinery, and manpower are effectively utilized.
Reporting & Documentation:  Maintain accurate production records, including daily output, downtime, and operational issues. Provide regular reports to senior management.
Continuous Improvement:  Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement. Suggest and implement initiatives to optimize production performance.
