Senior Healthcare Project Executive

Lead complex healthcare projects at Hammes through project management, development, budgeting, and contract negotiations. This senior role supports healthcare clients and institutions.
The Senior Project Executive leads assigned healthcare projects across planning, design, preconstruction, construction, and close coordination. Hammes seeks at least eight years of progressive healthcare project management experience. The position requires budgeting, scheduling, communication, and executive client interaction skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead project feasibility analysis and client visioning sessions
Select architects, consultants, and construction managers
Manage design, approvals, budgets, schedules, and construction administration
Review documents, change orders, allowances, and contingencies
Prepare client reports, presentations, budgets, and invoices
Requirements:
Eight years of progressive healthcare project management experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred
Expertise in budgeting, negotiations, scheduling, and team coordination
Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and analytical communication skills
Microsoft Office proficiency; e-Builder experience strongly preferred
