Southern National Roofing develops managers by having them learn the process, close independently for 30 days, then lead six to twelve in-home closers. You will present roofing solutions and financing, close first visits, and build leadership credibility through firsthand results. The role combines selling, coaching, meetings, and field support.
Key Responsibilities:- Complete training and learn Southern National Roofing’s sales process
- Run confirmed appointments and close on the first visit
- Lead six to twelve in-home closers
- Coach using real call reviews and field ride-alongs
- Hold representatives accountable to the taught process
- Proven in-home or high-ticket face-to-face sales experience
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Travel availability for paid training in Charlotte, NC
- Evening and Saturday availability
- Comfort presenting in homeowners’ living rooms using a tablet
