Lease Accounting Analyst
W2 only
Base pay range$36.00/yr - $40.00/yr
Responsibilities- Perform lease accounting functions, including managing journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Utilize large ERP systems (such as Oracle) for processing and reporting lease-related accounting data.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in lease accounting records and documentation.
- Analyze lease agreements and account for them in accordance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
- Collaborate with other team members in a hybrid work environment (4 days onsite, 1 day remote).
- Support month-end and year-end close processes related to lease accounting activities.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain detailed and organized records for audits and internal controls.
- Work independently to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
