Position Summary:The Client Relations Manager is responsible for managing national and major customer accounts while supporting billing and accounts receivable functions for the Raleigh location. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, store operations, sales, and accounting to ensure accurate billing, timely payments, and strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage national and major accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Oversee accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment tracking, and follow-up on outstanding balances.
- Manage and maintain third‑party billing portals, ensuring timely and accurate invoice submission.
- Resolve billing discrepancies, rejected invoices, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support account setup, documentation, and ongoing maintenance.
- Maintain organized account and billing records and provide reporting as needed.
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred)
- Strong organizational, communication, and time‑management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, and billing systems.
- Experience with national and/or major accounts.
- Accounts receivable and third‑party billing portal experience.
- Experience in a multi‑location or service‑based environment.
