Accountant, Financial Reporting, Accounting Manager

Overview

The General Ledger Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes.

• Prepare and post journal entries accurately and timely.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain and update accounting records in accordance with GAAP.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper financial controls.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2+ years of experience in general ledger accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
