Location: Raleigh, NC (On-site)

Pay: $65,000–$70,000/year

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in vendor management and data analysis.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Greene Resources is seeking a Vendor Operations Analyst to join a growing and dynamic team!

• Review and validate vendor invoices to ensure billing accuracy and contract compliance.
• Analyze vendor spend trends and operational metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Partner with Finance, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain and audit vendor portals to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Track and report performance metrics related to vendor spend and profitability.
• Support vendor audits and assist with implementation of cost optimization initiatives.
• Prepare data-driven insights and recommendations for leadership.

• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel experience (pivot tables, lookups).
• Ability to manage and interpret large datasets across multiple vendor platforms.
• Knowledge of invoice review, expense coding, and spend management practices.
• Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
