· TEAM is seeking a Payroll Lead to manage day-to-day U.S. and Canadian payroll operations from our Raleigh office.
This hands-on role will supervise two Payroll Specialists, ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, and serve as the payroll subject matter expert across cross-functional teams. You will partner with the Payroll Manager and Workday Analyst to strengthen controls, resolve issues, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
