Job Duties
- Complete data entry for Excel and Access database that LTAP uses to track class registrations, attendance, payments and other essential information.
- Prepare communications to promote classes to listserv and on social media.
- Assist in preparing the quarterly newsletter.
- Travel as needed with classes across North Carolina to act as course administrator.
- Other tasks as needed.
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or 2 years of professional experience.
- Experience working with databases; ability to communicate with clients by email, telephone, and in person.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Basic computer skills:
Email/Gmail, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Google Drive, Adobe. - Excellent ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Valid NC Driver's License required.
Hourly: $15.00 - $20.00
