Essential

Job Duties
  • Complete data entry for Excel and Access database that LTAP uses to track class registrations, attendance, payments and other essential information.
  • Prepare communications to promote classes to listserv and on social media.
  • Assist in preparing the quarterly newsletter.
  • Travel as needed with classes across North Carolina to act as course administrator.
  • Other tasks as needed.
Work Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or 2 years of professional experience.
  • Experience working with databases; ability to communicate with clients by email, telephone, and in person.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills:
    Email/Gmail, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Google Drive, Adobe.
  • Excellent ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
  • Valid NC Driver's License required.
Compensation

Hourly: $15.00 - $20.00
