We are recruiting a Financial Operations Associate for a long standing firm in the Raleigh area. This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility role supporting the full client lifecycle and firm operations, ideal for someone with a strong background in performance analysis, administration and operations who thrives in a collaborative, detail‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver recurring and ad hoc reports to both internal teams and external stakeholders, with a focus on accuracy and clarity.
  • Handle daily operational tasks including document management, vendor coordination, and internal reporting.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for clients on routine matters; coordinate with internal teams for resolution of complex requests.
  • Facilitate account activities, including transaction processing, internal allocations, and account setup/maintenance.
  • Organize and maintain documentation related to compliance, legal, and operational records; manage outbound communications and reporting deliverables.
  • Assist with special projects, event logistics, and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain updated client records and assist with meeting prep, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Qualifications
  • 5–10+ years of experience in administration, operations, or client service roles
  • Experience in consulting services or financial services is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through across multiple workflows
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to manage sensitive client information professionally.
