Process and upload mail and email application documents for assigned Coordinators. Handle and process NPDB, FSMB, AOA, and AMA reports. Download and verify NCCPA scores, USMLE transcripts, ECFMG status reports, and FCVS profiles. Mail fingerprint cards to the SBI and process criminal background check reports. Serve as backup support for Board Meeting License Interviews. Assist with special projects to support departmental goals and workflows.
Provide general administrative support to the Licensing Department. Conduct seasonal Resident Training License processing. Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required. 1-3 years of experience in an office environment Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent organizational, decision-making, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
