** Responsibilities
* ** Answer incoming phone calls and route to the correct person.
* Perform daily order entry functions and reports.
* Check incoming order paperwork for completeness and errors.
* Complete daily bank deposit.
* Prepare and ship daily branch paperwork to corporate office.
* Enter paid on accounts as needed.
* Enter credit requisitions as needed.
* Enter customer orders as needed.
* Communicate with customers on collecting past due invoices.
* Assist customers with order, delivery, and invoicing questions.
* Perform credit requisitions when possible.
* Maintain inventory of common office supplies and order when necessary.
* Assist with common IT issues.
* Perform various other administrative work as needed.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace.## Qualifications
** Qualifications
* ** Must be 18 years or older.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Advanced computer skills required.
* Typing skills required.
* Must be detail oriented.
