Mon. 1:00-5:00 P.M., Wed. 3:00-7:00 P.M., Fri. 1:00-5:00 P.M., every other Sat. 1:00-5:00 P.M.

Pages perform tasks as needed in order to maintain the orderly appearance and availability of library materials. The salary is $14.73 per hour, and applicants must be at least 18years old to be considered for a position. Schedules vary, but may include morning, afternoon, evening and holiday shifts. Temporary positions do not have benefits such as insurance, sick leave or vacation leave.

• Sort and file alphabetically and numerically
• Use the library's computer system
• Read regular-sized print.
• Be dependable,punctual and detail-oriented
• Stand, carry, walk, pull, reach, squat and bend for long periods of time
• Lift up to 40 pounds, exert carts to a maximum load of 200 pounds, bend to floor level and reach a height of 75 inches

• Sort and shelve library materials in alphabetic and numerical order
• Keep shelves in an orderly and accurate condition and shift the collection as needed
• Retrieve materials from book returns
• Check in library materials using the library's automated computer system
• Maintain the appearance of public areas by reshelving library materials
• Box and unbox library materials and assist library members with book donations
