Job Summary:

We are seeking a Diesel Technician to join our successful truck service center.

As a Diesel Technician, you will diagnose and repair vehicles, utilizing shop computer software and extensive knowledge of vehicle systems.

Responsibilities:

• Use diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes
• Assist in establishing service center procedures for tracking repairs and maintaining technical documentation
• Perform routine maintenance such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake replacements
• Conduct comprehensive inspections of engine, transmission, and brake systems
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Communicate repair information clearly to customers

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program preferred
• ASE or SAE certification preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills required
