Position: Capital Markets Director- Str/Org (IC)(F)
* Leads originations and structuring activities for a specific capital markets product, strategy or industry. Manages and develops client relationships. Provides superior client experience.
* Works closely with sales team, relationship managers, traders and other internal service partners to originate and structure capital markets solutions to our clients.
* Provides appropriate solutions based on in-depth assessment of client objectives and market conditions. Develops and maintains client relationships.
* Coordinates the execution of key comprehensive capital markets strategies to maximize sales and new business activity.
* Maintains current knowledge of industry and market developments, deal flow and regulatory requirements. Ensures compliance with policies and regulations. Provides coaching to other team members.
