Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Talent Manager
A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist to support leave of absence, time-off, and accommodation programs for employees in the US and Canada.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary contact and expert on leave of absence, time-off, and accommodations for the North America region.
Collaborate with employees and leave vendors to address inquiries and resolve issues while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Manage data input, reporting, and workflow processes related to leave of absences and coordinate return-to-work transitions.
Required Qualifications3+ years of experience managing US leaves and time-off programs or a similar role.
Ability to interpret FMLA, ADA, and other relevant federal and state laws.
Experience in leaves / benefits program management, including administration and compliance.
Strong business acumen and ability to engage with key stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or relevant hands-on experience in lieu of degree.
