Focused Property Inspections is a veteran-owned inspection company operating in Maine, New Hampshire, and North Carolina, founded by a Certified Master Inspector with 30 years in the field. Our NC team is growing and we need a leader to own the quality of everything that goes out the door.

• Lead, train, and coach the NC inspection team
• Establish and maintain new client & agent relationships
• Own report quality through audits and on-site evaluations
• Build the QA program, the SOPs, and the training tools, then teach the team to use them
• Monitor ISN for 24-hour report delivery and hold the team to it
• Handle client concerns that require field intervention, start to finish
• Run weekly accountability meetings and report metrics to leadership
• Perform inspections to cover gaps and emergencies
• Track NC licensure board rules and update our procedures when they change

• Active NC Home Inspector license in good standing
• Real inspection volume and the ability to defend a finding to anyone
• Someone who enjoys teaching and developing people
• Self-managing, detail-driven, and calm in confrontational conversations
• Comfortable reading data and acting on it
• Willing to work in the field when the schedule demands it

Preferred: WDIR and radon credentials, septic experience, CMI or CPI, supervisory or training background, ISN & Spectora familiarity.
