Chickn Legs is looking for a highly organized, analytical, and action-oriented Chief of Staff to work closely with our CEO and leadership team as we scale the business.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution. The Chief of Staff will help translate company priorities into action, keep important initiatives moving, improve communication and coordination across teams, and ensure decisions actually turn into results.

• Serve as a strategic thought and execution partner to the CEO.
• Translate CEO and leadership priorities into clear plans, owners, timelines, and next steps.
• Prepare information, analysis, and recommendations needed for key business decisions.
• Identify issues requiring leadership attention and drive them toward resolution.
• Ensure decisions and commitments made by leadership are documented, communicated, and followed through.

• Help coordinate annual, quarterly, and ongoing company priorities.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable initiatives with clear ownership, timelines, and success measures.
• Track progress against key priorities and proactively identify delays, dependencies, and risks.
• Drive follow-up and accountability across teams.
• Guide focus on the company's highest-priority work.

• Create clarity around responsibilities, deadlines, dependencies, and decisions.
• Identify gaps between teams and help resolve issues before they slow execution.
• Improve processes and communication as the organization grows.
• Own high-priority projects where additional structure is needed.

• Monitor company performance through KPIs, dashboards, and operating metrics.
• Analyze business data and identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas requiring attention.
• Work with functional leaders to ensure leadership has accurate and useful data for decision-making.
• Turn data and business context into clear, actionable insights.

• Run leadership meetings, planning sessions, and company operating rhythms.
• Develop agendas and ensure the right information and decisions are prepared in advance.
• Capture decisions, owners, and next steps.
• Follow up across the organization to ensure commitments are completed.
• Continuously improve how the leadership team communicates, prioritizes, and executes.

• Lead high-priority projects that do not sit neatly within one department.
• Evaluate new opportunities, operational challenges, and business needs.
• Build recommendations and implementation plans.
• Take ownership of ambiguous problems and drive them toward resolution.
• Help build the systems and infrastructure necessary to support Chickn Legs' continued growth.

• 7+ years of experience in roles such as Chief of Staff, business operations, strategy, consulting, general management, program leadership, or similar.
• Strong business judgment and ability to understand how different functions connect.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional projects from idea through execution.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with KPIs and business data.
