Contract:
12-month contract
Lead the transformation of the client's Vendor Incentives capabilities from manual, spreadsheet-based processes to a fully integrated and automated platform.
Own product strategy, roadmap, requirements, and delivery across Merchandising, Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Technology teams.
Drive solutions covering contract management, incentive calculations, settlements, reporting, and financial controls.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute the Vendor Incentives product roadmap.
- 8+ years of Product Management, Enterprise Systems, or Business Transformation experience.
- Proven experience leading initiatives involving:
- Vendor Incentives
- Rebates
- Trade Funding
- Revenue Management
- Contract Lifecycle Management
- Hands-on experience with Ironclad or similar contract management platforms.
- Experience designing and implementing automated inbound and outbound data integrations.
- Strong understanding of:
- Product hierarchies
- Vendor master data
- Pricing systems
- Merchandising processes
- Financial operations
- Experience integrating Oracle ERP and other enterprise platforms.
- Ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Accounting, Merchandising, Legal, and Technology teams.
- Experience with in Retail, Automotive, Distribution, or Consumer Products industries.
- Experience with incentive management platforms such as:
- Enable
- Vendavo
- Vistex
- Oracle Retail
- Similar vendor incentive solutions
- Experience building vendor-facing portals, dashboards, and self-service reporting solutions.
