Need Technical Project Manager (TPM) with supply chain domain experience, AI skills, and an Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE) mindset.
Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong track record of delivering large-scale Supply Chain and Operations transformation programs. The ideal candidate will bring deep program management expertise along with hands‑on experience leveraging AI technologies, including Claude and other GenAI platforms, to improve project planning, execution, stakeholder communication, and operational efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end execution of complex technical and business programs across Supply Chain, Operations, and Digital Transformation initiatives.
Utilize AI platforms, including Claude, to enhance program governance, risk management, reporting, documentation, and decision‑making processes.
Drive cross‑functional collaboration across engineering, product management, business operations, and executive stakeholders.
Manage program schedules, dependencies, budgets, risks, and executive communications.
Establish delivery frameworks, success metrics, and governance processes to ensure predictable execution.
Translate business requirements into actionable program plans and drive successful outcomes.
Required Qualifications10+ years of Program Management experience managing enterprise‑scale technology initiatives.
Proven experience delivering Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Planning, Procurement, or Operations‑focused programs.
Hands‑on experience leveraging Claude and other AI/GenAI tools to improve program execution and team productivity.
Strong technical understanding with the ability to work effectively with engineering and business teams.
Demonstrated success managing complex cross‑functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication, leadership, and executive presentation skills.
Preferred QualificationsExperience with AI platforms such as Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, or equivalent GenAI solutions.
Experience with Supply Chain technologies including SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or related platforms.
PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications.
