We are currently seeking a Concrete Construction Salesperson due to our continued growth. If you have experience in Concrete Construction Sales, consider applying today!

• Develop and execute a Sales Opportunity Plan, that targets new and existing customers with the highest potential for increased residential and commercial concrete construction sales.
• Transition information to your supervisor as soon as job opportunities arise to help secure bids.
• Provide technical support and information to help solve customer issues.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with all current and potential customers.
• Get involved with local organizations to network and grow the business. Attend professional organizations and events such as trade shows and open houses.
• Prepare, generate and maintain a sales itinerary, activities report, account information and potential opportunity reports.

• Residential and Commercial Concrete Construction Experience.
• Background in Sales.
• Self-motivator able to work without a lot of supervision.
• Computer Literate.
• Superior communication skills. Able to work effectively and develop strong working relationship with Superintendents, vendors and clients.
• Must work with team members to ensure customer satisfaction, from project start to finish.
• Detailed oriented

• 5 years of progressive experience in construction sales and cost estimating, and 6–12 months of on-site experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of different construction methods; planning, scheduling, sequencing, quality, safety, and timelines.
