As our Site Superintendent, you'll play a crucial role in bringing our projects to life. You'll oversee the day-to‑day operations on site, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You'll be the linchpin between our on‑site teams, management, and stakeholders, making sure communication flows seamlessly and challenges are addressed proactively.

• Supervising all phases of concrete construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensuring safety protocols are followed, promoting a culture of safety first.
• Coordinating tasks according to priorities and plans, making adjustments as needed.
• Monitoring and managing project schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Leading and mentoring on‑site staff, fostering a team‑oriented environment.

• Proven experience as a Site Superintendent.
• Proven experience in concrete construction, with a deep understanding of footings, slab on grades, and other concrete structures. A strong background in reading and interpreting construction plans in detail is essential.
• Expertise in cost‑saving practices, with a demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively, identify efficiencies, and implement cost‑reduction strategies without compromising on quality or safety.
• Exceptional labor management skills, capable of scheduling, coordinating, and overseeing labor forces to ensure productivity and adherence to project timelines.
• A resilient character that thrives under pressure, maintaining focus and decision‑making quality in fast‑paced and challenging environments.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications with a keen eye for detail, ensuring all work is performed accurately according to the plans.
• Strong experience in dealing with General Contractors (GCs), fostering positive and productive relationships, and effectively communicating project needs, changes, and updates to ensure smooth project execution.
• A proactive approach to project management, anticipating potential issues and addressing them before they impact the project timeline or budget.
• Technical proficiency, comfortable with construction technology and software, capable of leveraging these tools to enhance project efficiency and team communication.

Location:

Raleigh, NC | Compensation: $90,000 - $140,000 per year.
