• Lead day‑to‑day onsite construction activities for multifamily podium projects.
• Manage site logistics, schedules, inspections, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate closely with Project Management, Engineering, and Quality teams.
• Direct subcontractors, trades, and site personnel with a proactive, hands‑on leadership style.
• Ensure high standards for craftsmanship, quality control, and client satisfaction.
• Maintain communication with ownership, architects, and local authorities.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and keep the project on track for timeline and budget.
• Uphold and promote a strong safety culture across the site.

• Podium construction experience (required).
• 6+ years of onsite leadership in multifamily or large‑scale commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, construction sequencing, and trade coordination.
• Proven ability to lead teams and maintain disciplined jobsite organization.
• Excellent communication skills and a solution‑oriented mindset.

• Up to $160,000 base salary (commensurate with experience).
• $900/month car allowance.
