Wynn Site Development is a turn-key site work firm who has been serving this area for more than 18 years.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Jr. Estimator located in Raleigh, NC. Day-to-day tasks involve reviewing project plans and specifications, obtaining bids from vendors and subcontractors, performing quantity take-offs / calculations and assisting in the preparation of bid proposals.
Training- We will provide software training for the right candidate
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of construction processes and materials.
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree not required but it is a plus.
